Zinc APEX Mineral

Zinc (Zn #30) is the next element on the periodic table for my APEX mineral collection.
Wikipedia Zinc
Zinc Minerals - There are lots of Zinc minerals.
Sphalerite (ZnS) with 64% Zinc is my APEX Mineral.  This always has minor amounts of Iron included.
Most Zinc is refined in to pure metal.  Zinc is the fourth most common metal in use, trailing only iron, aluminium, and copper.
Brass, which is an alloy of Copper and Zinc, has been used since at least the 10th century BC.
Zinc is mostly used in an anti-corrosion process called Galvanization.
Zinc is an essential mineral of "exceptional biologic and public health importance".  Zinc deficiency affects about two billion people in the developing world and is associated with many diseases.  Consumption of excess zinc can cause ataxia, lethargy and copper deficiency.
